Miami-based social media influencer Ben Bader has died at the age of 25, according to his girlfriend.

Bader’s girlfriend Reem shared the news on TikTok in an emotional video, calling him “the kindest, most caring, most generous person I have ever met in my entire life. He genuinely loved every single person that he met and he was so positive all the time.”

Reem said Bader’s cause of death is “still unknown.”

“No one really knows and it seemed to have been extremely sudden,” she added.

“There were really no signs of this happening, we were supposed to get dinner that night and he seemed so normal. I had just talked to him on FaceTime a couple hours before he passed and he was so happy and so normal and he was just smiling and being so funny.”

Bader, who built his following on Instagram, TikTok and X, shared a mix of lifestyle posts and financial advice. In addition to social media content, he offered a financial coaching course and a newsletter filled with practical money tips.

The late Internet personality’s last Instagram and TikTok video was shared on Thursday (Oct 23),  the same day he died.

Bader recently marked his 25th birthday on Sept 22, sharing photos from a dinner with friends.

Fans and friends of the financial guru poured out tributes and condolences across social media, including Reem who wrote on her Instagram story shortly after Bader’s death.

“I kept waiting for them to say he’s awake. I kept waiting for this to be a bad dream,” she shared. “My worst fear came to life. I got the worst phone call of my life.”

Fellow creator Trina Nuance also wrote on Instagram saying, “You were such a talented writer. The world’s lucky to have your mind & soul immortalized across platforms. I’ll never forget our heart to heart.”

Authorities are investigating Bader’s cause of death, awaiting toxicology results. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
